01Where do the live ratings come from?

Overall and category scores use approved community reviews. Pending, rejected and unpublished feedback does not affect public ratings.

02Why must I log in before writing a review?

03When does a submitted review become public?

A new review starts as Pending and appears publicly only after an administrator approves it.

04Can I review a firm that is not listed?

Yes. Choose Other and enter the firm name. It will not enter the public directory until the firm has a published listing.

05What does the heart count mean?

The heart count shows community interest. Each logged-in user can add one live like to a listed firm.

06Can live ratings change later?

Yes. Counts and averages update whenever approved reviews are added or their moderation status changes.
