By accessing or using Rank My Prop, you agree to these Terms of Service and all referenced policies. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform. You confirm that you are legally capable of entering this agreement and are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction where required by local law.

Rank My Prop provides informational comparisons, editorial research, tools, and dashboard workflows related to proprietary trading firms. We are not a broker, exchange, investment advisor, portfolio manager, or prop firm operator. All tools, calculators, rankings, and commentary are for informational use and do not create a fiduciary relationship with users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting profile details, claims, cashback requests, reviews, and referral data. Misrepresentation, impersonation, fabricated invoices, manipulated screenshots, or false payout claims may result in rejection, suspension, or permanent account termination.

You agree not to scrape, clone, reverse engineer, overload, exploit, attack, or interfere with platform infrastructure. You may not submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content. Any attempt to manipulate rewards, cashback, referral bonuses, moderation decisions, or admin workflows through spam, duplicate accounts, collusion, or fraudulent evidence is prohibited and may trigger account action.

Rewards and cashback are subject to verification and moderation. Eligibility, minimum payout thresholds, approval timelines, anti-fraud checks, and payment methods may be updated by Rank My Prop from time to time. We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or reject points, claims, or payouts where records are incomplete, suspicious, duplicate, or in violation of policy. Moderation decisions are made in good faith based on available evidence.

All site content, branding, layouts, graphics, copy, ranking structures, and original platform logic are owned by Rank My Prop or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, modify, resell, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Limited personal use of publicly available pages is allowed for non-commercial viewing only.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that content is always complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rank My Prop is not liable for any direct or indirect losses including trading losses, challenge fees, missed profits, opportunity costs, data issues, business interruption, or third-party disputes. You use the platform at your own risk.

We may modify these terms, features, eligibility rules, or moderation policies at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
